Article 1 (Scope of the Terms)

1. These Terms are intended to define the conditions for providing the Service and the rights and obligations between Users and us.
2. These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and us regarding the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Eligibility)

1. You agree to and can comply with these Terms.
2. You have not violated these Terms in the past.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service:

If we determine that a User has engaged in any of the above, we may delete the relevant content or suspend/delete the User account. We are not obligated to disclose the reasons for such measures.

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal conduct
• Acts that violate court judgments or orders
• Impersonation of others
• Collecting personal information of others by any means
• Providing false or misleading information
• Assigning or lending authentication credentials to third parties
• Repeated posting of content that is wholly or mostly auto-generated
• Spamming (e.g., repeated posting of the same content or repeated posts for driving traffic to other sites)
• Intentionally disrupting our servers or network systems
• Interfering with or likely to interfere with the operation of the Service
• Repeatedly accessing the API server directly without using the Service features
• Providing benefits directly or indirectly to anti-social forces
• Infringing intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights of Users, us, or third parties
• Posting content that is excessively violent, sexually explicit, discriminatory, related to self-harm or drug abuse, or otherwise inappropriate
• Harassment, defamation, stalking, or similar acts against others
• Activities aimed at meeting or dating strangers of the opposite sex
• Religious activities or solicitation for religious organizations
• Any other conduct equivalent to the foregoing

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Users may post and edit only content (text, images, etc.) for which they hold necessary rights or have obtained permission from right holders.
2. Copyrights arising from User content posted or edited on the Service remain with the User or the rights holder.
3. Users and third parties may not reproduce or redistribute User content without permission from the rights holder.
4. Users grant us permission to publish User content on this website and distribute it (including making it transmissible to the public).

Article 5 (Management of Credentials)

1. Users are responsible for properly managing and safeguarding the email address and credentials registered for their account. If a User loses access to the registered email address, they may be unable to log in to the Service.
2. Registration and use of external services used for authentication are subject to the terms of those services. Users are responsible for any damages or disadvantages resulting from inadequate management of credentials or use by third parties, and we bear no responsibility.

Article 7 (Advertising)

We may display third-party advertisements on the Service.

Article 8 (Account Deletion)

1. Users may delete their account at any time by following the prescribed procedure. After deletion, Users cannot access content posted on the Service or data linked to their account (including purchase history and receipts). Fees paid for paid plans are non-refundable.
2. We bear no responsibility for any losses or disadvantages incurred by Users due to account deletion.

Article 9 (Changes or Suspension of the Service)

We may change the Service or suspend some functions without prior notice. We bear no responsibility for any damages or disadvantages caused thereby.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

1. We do not expressly or impliedly warrant that the Service is free from defects, errors, bugs, or infringement, including safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, or security.
2. We are not liable for any damages or disadvantages arising from the use of the Service. However, if our contract with a User falls under a consumer contract as defined by the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer may not apply.

Article 11 (Changes to the Terms)

1. We may modify these Terms by notifying Users or posting a notice on this website.
2. We are not liable for any damages or disadvantages arising from changes to these Terms or the Service.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
